Former Formula One driver JJ Lehto (Jyrki Juhani Järvilehto) has been cleared of all charges relating to the death of a friend in 2010.
Lehto, who drove for Onyx, Scuderia Italia, Sauber and Benetton between 1989 and 1994, was sentenced to two years and four months in jail after a court charged him with manslaughter following a speed boat accident in Finland.
The 46-year-old appealed the charges after claiming he wasn't in charge of the boat at the time, but sitting in the back at the time of the accident.
His appeal was successful and he has been cleared of all charges.
